Backed by our strong scientific foundation, knowledge of natural product chemistry, total synthesis, pharmacognosy, analytical chemistry, small molecule discovery and capabilities to conduct preclinical and  clinical trials worldwide, we use state-of-the-art technologies to develop innovative therapeutic agents which support treat psoriasis and address unmet medical needs within patient population. Our focus has been to leverage our expertise in chemistry to synthesize what we believe are best-in-class inhibitors targeting proteins and pathways that drive the key hallmarks of psoriasis as well as harnessing our understanding of pathophysiology of the disease on a molecular pathway level to develop therapies that target traditionally undruggable proteins and other inflammatory modulators that are implicated in psoriasis.

We are empowered by our technical expertise in structure-based drug design and our innovative drug discovery engine, which allows us to address unmet medical need by targeting key inflammatory pathways. These core competencies have allowed us to develop natural product-based support therapies targeted at antimicrobial proteins and interleukins locally, in addition to building next-generation inflammatory signaling inhibitors.
